YouTube Lobby Pop Up Activations

YouTube Music wanted to ensure the music industry and top influencers were aware of their Music app when it launched in May 2018. They came to RQ Agency to help them build this awareness.


To do this we created a series of Lobby Pop Up activations that were housed in high profile areas of some of the larger music labels such as Sony Music & Universal offices as well as YouTube & Google offices in New York and LA.

These pop up stations provided an early access view of the Music app and its capabilities in an inviting space with a coffee & juice bar vibe where the audience could have a beverage, learn about the app and pick up some branded give aways promoting the launch. 

We built the modular custom build, all branded merchandise, custom signage, provided all brand ambassadors and tech support staff for these series of events and co-ordinated the activations on the ground.

I oversaw budgeting, vendor outreach & contract negotiations, fabricators, production management of event, staffing and production of branded giveaways.
