Kind Pop Your Bubble Facebook Tool
KIND Snacks wanted to trial a social experiment onto the general public to see if it was possible to change people's perceptions of the world and each other. KIND wanted to make it easier to relate to others outside of their "social bubble".
To answer this brief, we built a socially conscious Facebook app that would allow FB users to 'Pop their bubble" and shake up their FB newsfeed by giving them access to different types of users content outside of their usual friend pool. This social experiment received a lot of press and obtained over 50,000 new social connections in its first 3 weeks.
My role involved producing the project scope, timeline and staffing plan and working with Management, Account, Creative & Strategy & UX to develop the idea and UX and then sell in the concept, budget and timeline to the client.
Additionally, we collaborated to work through the user experience and creative look and feel of the tool.
I initiated all vendor outreach and located the build vendor to partner with and was their day to day contact for the project.
I worked with technical teams both internally and via the vendor regarding development for the tool and was part of the QA team testing the functionality across a list of mobile and desktop browsers pre & post launch and collaborated with the creative team to produce the video case study.
